A few things to know

What counts as a student?

Students on your roster. Coaches, admins and parents don’t count. Archived students don’t count either.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 2 months free, with all features and no student limit. No card is needed, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Up to 20 students stays free.

What happens when I take on more students?

Aqua shows you the next plan and price before you move up. Above 150 students, each additional block of 50 costs S$40 a month, or S$400 a year.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can move down when your roster fits a smaller plan. The lower price starts at your next monthly bill or yearly renewal. You can cancel any time; there are no refunds for time already paid.

What happens after the trial if I don’t subscribe?

If you have more than 20 students, you get 7 more days before the account becomes read-only. You can still view and export your data, or archive students to fit the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
